His experience touches many areas including marketing services, data science and analytics, enterprise software, business process, program management, and change management. He has helped improve business and financial results for readily recognizable enterprise-level clients such as AT&T, Bank of America, USAA, Warner Bros, Dell, MGM Resorts, Caesars Entertainment, Walmart, Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN, SunTrust Bank, AARP, and American Red Cross. Bass fishing (for fun and competitive profit) is a favorite pastime for Ed, as is a visit with wife Lynn to their son Trey at Texas A&M University whenever permission is given to do so.
